With the launch of Conversation Studio in 2018, we defined one goal: a world without crappy products.​

 

To get there, we challenge innovation and product teams to think about new products or services in terms of the value and benefits it brings for people - and our planet. In 2018, we launched Conversation Studio with one goal in mind: a world without 'crappy products.' 

In practical terms, this means that ideas, products, and services should provide added value to users while being environmentally friendly. With this in mind, our team is dedicated to supporting brands in optimizing and developing value propositions and marketing communications with a customer-centric mindset. 

Our team consists of an enthusiastic group of highly skilled professionals, characterized by diverse backgrounds but brought together by their passion for consumer research.

Kwantitatief Onderzoeker

We zijn op zoek naar een kwantitatief onderzoeker die klantgericht is (weet hoe hij aan de behoeften van de klant kan voldoen en de juiste vragen kan stellen), dol is op data, consumentengedrag, innovatie en een geweldige storyteller is. In jouw werk help je mee om prachtige proposities te creëren die de toekomst van onze planeet vormgeven, terwijl je werkt voor bedrijven zoals JBL, Philips, Heineken en Gazelle.

Als kwantitatief onderzoeker ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ontwerpen, implementeren, uitvoeren, analyseren en presenteren van gehele kwantitatieve onderzoeksprojecten.

  • Het vertalen van de vragen van de klant naar passende onderzoeksopzetten.

  • Het interpreteren van onderzoeksresultaten in concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen die mensen aanzetten tot actie.

  • Het nauw samenwerken met ons team van onderzoekers om een succesvolle uitvoering van projecten en tijdige levering te waarborgen.

 

De vereisten voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masteropleiding (WO).

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in kwantitatief onderzoek, zowel in een academische als professionele omgeving.

  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands, omdat je de nuances van Nederlandse consumenten moet begrijpen.

  • Een AI, data- en Excel-held.

  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om te werken met complexe datasets.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, om onderzoeksresultaten effectief over te brengen aan klanten en interne teams.

  • Sterke storytellingvaardigheden.

  • Je sprankelende persoonlijkheid moet passen in ons ambitieuze team!​
